  1. S. M. Ghale says:

    Urologist, Dr. Dipesh Shrestha,
I need your expert advice. I have a urine problem. I went through five times with the OIU and CISU. The last OIU and CISU were done about five months ago. I am using the Nelaton Catheter, FG-16 in/out once a day to maintain proper urine flow. For the last three months, I am also taking the medicine “Careprine”. The problem is when I quit the medicine, then the urine problem again started. Water flow is Okay now because I am using a Nelaton catheter. I want to get your expert advice on this why the urine infection is occurring frequently while stopping to take an antibiotic.
Also, please advise me about the consultant fee for dealing with an online platform.
    Many thanks
    Shakta

  2. Are the effects of antihypertensive therapy on fertility reversible? If so, how? What are some suggestions, and therapies, without effects on fertility?
