Do you feel anxious, nervous, or on edge?
You are not being able to stop or control worrying.
Does anxiety or worry make you feel tired or irritable?
Does your worry or anxiety disrupt with your sleep or your ability to focus?
Are you having trouble relaxing yourself?
Because of fear of panic do you ever avoid places or social situations?
Do you feel afraid, as something bad/awful might occur?
Are you easily annoyed or irritated?
Is it very hard to stay still because you are very restless?
Do you experience severe fear causing panic, shortness of breath, chest pain, a pounding heart, sweating, shaking, nausea, dizziness, and /or fear of dying?
